Return & Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email contact@royalcanadianfalconry.com.

Our products are produced by an on-demand print company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, we offer a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery.

Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Royal Canadian Falconry will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. 

WE DO NOT OFFER EXHANGES OR REFUNDS ON GIFT CERTIFICATES

 

Cancellation

You may edit or cancel your order at any time prior to your order being sent to production.

If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the print provider, and they may already be working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel the order free of charge at this point.

Please note: Cancellation with a refund is not guaranteed to be possible, as the order may have already entered the production process.

Nevertheless, our support team will reach out to the print provider and attempt to cancel the order for a refund.

Exchange 

We offer free exchange on any clothing or products in original unworn/unused condition. Exchanges must be made within 15 days of product delivery. Royal Canadian Falconry is not responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. In person exchange can be made at our facility in Woodville, ON. Please note we may not have your desired item colour/size in stock. In this case we will need time to order and receive your item prior to arranging an exchange. Please email contact@royalcanadianfalconry.com to arrange an exchange.

Returns

We offer returns on any clothing or products that are returned in original unworn/unused condition. Returns must be made within 15 days of product delivery. We will only refund the cost of the item, and are not responsible for refunding any shipping costs. Royal Canadian Falconry is not responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. In person returns can be made at our facility in Woodville, ON. Please email contact@royalcanadianfalconry.com to arrange a return.
